Louis Pape is an Assistant Professor in Economics at Télécom Paris. He studied economics at the University of Cambridge and philosophy at the London School of Economics (LSE).

He earned his doctorate from the École Polytechnique, focusing on the digital economy, competition, and the labor market. In particular, he studied if French labor markets were competitive, developed econometric methods to measure the impact of labor market collusion, and modelled the financial impact of creating video games tailored to players’ abilities.
